Grunge lovers unite. In just ten days, Paris Jackson will release her second full-length studio album, Happiest Day Of My Life, and the excitement is building. Scheduled to hit streaming platforms and physical shelves on August 21, 2026, through Republic Records, the 11-track collection builds on her evolving alt-rock sound, anchored by her fresh single “stitched (on & on).” Fans who caught her summer set at the BottleRock Napa Valley festival got an early live preview of the track, which explores the lingering emotional echoes of a past relationship while finding peace amidst heartbreak.

This new era follows the recent releases of tracks “zombies in love” and “teenage drama.”

Described by Jackson as being a raw “collision of sound, experience and emotion,” the album draws its inspiration from iconic 90s alternative and indie staples, including The Smashing Pumpkins, Pixies, Marcy Playground and Bright Eyes. To further craft the project’s guitar-driven palette, Jackson brought in veteran industry collaborators, including Linda Perry, Butch Walker and Jason Lader.

Hitting the Road: Summer and Fall Tour Dates

Jackson is also pairing the release with an extensive North American touring schedule, which began in July. In addition to serving as direct support on select dates for The Pretty Reckless, she is embarking on a headlining run dubbed the “Zombies Tour.” Major stops on the itinerary have included/ will include iconic venues like The Wiltern in Los Angeles, Cafe Du Nord in San Francisco, the Moore Theatre in Seattle, Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium, Night Club 101 in New York City and the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom in New Hampshire.

The artist will also appear on Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast on Wednesday.
