The journey through the South Side is nearing its conclusion.

Paramount+ has officially debuted the trailer and key art for the eighth and final season of The Chi, signaling the beginning of the end for the long-running hit drama. Returning on Friday, May 22, exclusively for Paramount+ with the Premium Plan, the final ten episodes will follow the interconnected lives of the South Side residents as they face their most pivotal challenges yet.

Starring Jacob Latimore, Birgundi Baker, Luke James, Shamon Brown Jr., Michael V. Epps, Hannaha Hall and Jason Weaver, this eighth and final season centers around life or death choices that have to be made, and who is willing to make them. Legacy, conflict, joy and pain are at the roots of this season, which, according to Paramount, collides in the biggest, most emotionally riveting way ever seen on the show.
