In what might be the most “out-of-left-field” crossover in Eorzean history, Square Enix has officially teamed up with the iconic Filipino fast-food giant Jollibee. Announced during the latest Final Fantasy XIV Live Letter from the Producer, this collaboration brings a literal taste of the Philippines to the world of FFXIV, complete with in-game rewards that are already sending the community into a frenzy.

Starting April 21, 2026, players in the US and Canada can participate in the event to unlock exclusive digital hardware and physical street style.

The Reward: The “Eat Chicken” Emote

The crown jewel of this collaboration is the new, exclusive in-game emote: “Eat Chicken.” * The Animation: When activated, your character whips out a branded bucket of Jollibee’s famous Chickenjoy and begins enjoying a drumstick.

• How to Unlock: To secure the code, you must purchase a qualifying FFXIV-themed meal at participating Jollibee locations or buy a piece of the limited-edition apparel from Complex. Once you have your receipt or order info, you’ll submit it to the Jollibee redemption page to receive your Mog Station item code.

The Menu: Blue Raspberry Aether Drinks

• Jollibee is updating its “Internal Logic” with two specific FFXIV-themed meals. Both come in specially designed boxes featuring the fan-favorite character Alpha holding a drumstick (with a hilarious disclaimer: “No chocobos were harmed in the making of this meal”).
• The Meals: You can choose between a specialized Box Meal (featuring a chicken sandwich, peach mango pie, and Chickenjoy) or a 6-piece Chickenjoy bucket.
• The Aether Drink: The collaboration introduces a Blue Raspberry Aether drink with crystal boba, designed to mimic the glowing blue hue of Eorzea’s Aetheryte crystals.

The Hardware: FFXIV x Jollibee Apparel

For those who want to wear the collab in the real world, a limited-time merchandise line is dropping via Complex. The collection includes:

• The Chocobo Rider: A t-shirt and crew neck sweater featuring the Jollibee mascot riding a Chocobo.
• The Hungry Moogles: Hoodies and tees depicting Moogles devouring various Jollibee menu items.
• The Legend: Every piece of clothing features the iconic words of Mother Hydaelyn on the back: “Hear… Feel… Think… Jollibee.”

Fan Fest Pop-Up Event

To celebrate the FFXIV Fan Fest happening in Anaheim, CA, on April 24 and 25, the local Jollibee location near the venue will be transformed into a full FFXIV pop-up. Fans visiting this location during the event window can grab exclusive stickers and experience the hype in person.
