Storyline
Kelly Collins is a hyper-creative, fashion-forward teenager living in New York City whose life turns completely upside down when her mother marries a strict military general. Uprooted to a rigid regional academy, Kelly struggles immediately to navigate the unyielding environment, harsh demerit systems, and a high-friction personality clash against her intense squad leader, Cadet Captain Jennifer Stone.
