“In Marseille, a speed-demon cabbie is the police department’s only hope.”

Storyline

Daniel Morales, a hyper-skilled former pizza delivery boy turned Marseille taxi driver, drives a heavily modified Peugeot 406 capable of reaching terrifying velocities. His illegal speed habits catch up to him when he is cornered by Émilien Coutant-Kerbalec, a bumbling, insecure police inspector who has repeatedly failed his driving tests. To avoid absolute forfeiture of his vehicle and license, Daniel enters a high-stakes tactical agreement to help Émilien capture the elusive “Mercedes Gang”—a highly organized group of German bank robbers pulling off swift heists in identical red sports cars.
