• The Plot: Set in a completely separate universe from the animated movies, the series follows Ben Reilly (Nicolas Cage), a down-on-his-luck private investigator dealing with severe past wartime trauma. Cage has described his live-action performance as “70 percent Humphrey Bogart, 30 percent Bugs Bunny.”
• The Dual Formats: In an unprecedented creative move, viewers are given a deliberate stylistic choice right from the jump.
